(hereinafter all requests are refered to as "CUSTOM" and/or
"Material").

Terms
and Conditions:
1. Age
of Majority. You represent and
warrant you are at least 18 or 21 years of age, depending on the age of majority in your
jurisdiction, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
2. You agree that none
of the Materials are being or will be acquired for, shipped, transferred, or
re-exported, directly or indirectly, to any third party. Your CUSTOM may not be
assigned, transferred, redistributed, viewed by minors or sold to any third party
under penalty of prosecution by law.
3. You
acknowledge that the CUSTOM ordered may offer content that could be deemed
"adult" or "erotic" in nature. Additionally, you acknowledge that the
CUSTOM may contain graphic visual depictions, graphic audio, and descriptions of sexually
oriented, explicit, offending, or disturbing activities. You acknowledge that you are
aware of the nature of the CUSTOM provided by Lara Ann SC4, that you are not offended
by such Materials, and that you requested the CUSTOM freely, voluntarily, and
willingly. You understand that "Lara Ann SC4" retains all copyrights
to the Materials and may resell or redistribute as deemed appropriate.
4. You agree that you
are not attempting to obtain any evidence for the prosecution of any individual, entity or
Corporation for the purpose of entrapment.
5. You understand that
all sales are final with no refunds. Re-shipping will not be considered unless
proof of shipping damage is provided to "Lara Ann SC4" within 48 hours of
delivery.
6. You expressly agree
that use of the CUSTOM or any of the materials contained therein is at your own and sole
risk, releasing
"Lara Ann SC4" from any and all obligation, responsibility and/or liability
related to this transaction.
7. It
is a condition of your use of this Material that all information you provide will be
correct, current, and complete. You may mail this
signed form or use the E-signed method. If this Agreement is intended to be governed by the Electronic
Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-Sign Act). You manifest your agreement
to these Terms and Conditions by any act demonstrating your assent thereto, including
merely accessing this form, whether you have read these Terms and Conditions or not.
Your consent to use the E-Sign Act
is limited to providing the information on this form.
