"Director
For A Day"
Rules &
Guidelines:
The Director will get to direct 3-4 hours
of photoshoots at a motel/hotel room. You have the option to suggest the type of photo
sessions you wish to see! Participation of sex is not available. My photographer
will accompany me and act as chaperone/security during the time spent together. This
is non-negotiable.

Location: Anywhere within a 4 hour radius
of Upperstate NY, ie. New York City, Albany, Montreal. Further is doable however, contact

Agreement:
1. Participants of the Director For a
Day is limited to men, women or couples (male and female) that are 21 years of age or
older. Proof of age is required by everyone 30 days prior to meeting! You will have to
provide two forms of ID; one being a current photo government issued ID. All
participants must be stated in the contract 30 days prior to the event.
2. All expenses must be covered by the person(s) requesting to be Director For A
Day. From my travel expenses, meals (for both my photographer and myself), to
the accommodations. I do charge a modelling fee for the time that I am modelling for
you, contact me for my rate. All information is confidential. Payment
for travelling expenses and half of my modelling fee must be paid 30 days in
advance. Payment is to be issued by money order only, with the payee name
blank. The remainder of the balance must be pai! d upon arrival.
3. The person(s) requesting Director
For A Day is responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses to and from the
city in question.
4. If for some reason a conflict,
misunderstanding or disagreement occurs, I have the right to correct this error to
the best of my ability. The person requesting to be Director For A Day is in full
agreement with the outlined rules stated above and will abide by them. If the person(s)
requesting cancels for any reason, he or she will forfeit their deposit. No refunds will
be given. If I have to cancel, I will issue a full refund.
5. I agree that Lara Ann retains sole
copyright ownership of all pictures/videos taken, without exception.

"I have read all of the rules and guidelines of the Director For A day. Under
no circumstances am I to expect more than what is outlined in the rules and guidelines of
the Director For a Day. I affirm that I am 21 years of age or older by including two forms
of ID, one government issued. I understand that I am responsible for all expenses occurred
during the event and any outstanding balance is to be paid in full at the starting of the
event."
"I am not now, have been, or in any
way associated with any law enforcement or government agency that is associated within any
type of law enforcement agency. I am participating in the Director For a Day on my
own free will and have not been coerce, directed or employed for a reason of entrapment.

Note: For your information, the Director For a Day is open to all members and
non-members. It's your day and we will have fun, just please understand at no point
will there ever be any sex involved. There will be no refund if the event is cancelled due
to inappropriate behaviour.
