You now can "DIRECT ME" in a special photo shoot of your choice.

You just never know where the night might take you!

Please read below for the guidelines to ensure we all have a great time.

Rules & Guidelines:

The "Direct Me" event will allow you to direct 2+ hours of a photo shoot at a motel/hotel room or agreed upon location with in a 1.5 hour radius of Beaumont, Texas, 30 minute radius of Lufkin, or a location where I may be traveling. Further distances may be doable; however, contact me to discuss this possibility further. sweetplayfulcougar@gmail.com

You will have the option to suggest the type of photo shoot you wish. I am open to just about anything you have seen me do on my site, though other ideas are a possibility. You are also welcome to send me outfits/props to use for the photo shoot, plus I will bring a small variety with me ;-)

For legal reasons, participation of sex is not implied and is not in any way a part of this offer; however, it may be possible to JOIN IN on the photos/videos if I should decide to invite you to do so and you are willing to sign a model release. IF this should happen, you will be required to provide 2 forms of ID (one must be a government issued photo ID) and to sign the SC release forms prior to shooting. The photos and/or video will be placed on my SC site. You can request that face pictures be limited to the members' area or excluded completely. You can even have the option of wearing a Masquerade Ball style mask or something similar.

My photographer will accompany me and act as chaperone/security during our time together. This is non-negotiable.

The fee for being my "Director" is $300. Deposit is $200 with the balance being paid in cash prior to the start of our session. Contact me to di! scuss payment method options for the deposit only.

Agreement:

1. Participants who want to meet me are limited to, men, women, and couples that are 21 years of age or older. Proof of age is required 30 days prior to agreed upon meeting. You will need to provide 2 forms of ID, one being a current government issued photo ID. All participants must be stated in the contract 30 days prior to the event. Both IDs must be re-shown prior to the start of the shoot.

2. All expenses must be covered by the person(s) requesting to be the "Director" (meals, incidentals needed, etc..). I do charge a modeling fee for the time I am modeling for you. I can not and will not offer a sexual encounter as a part of this session.

3. All information (including information collected from you) is confidential. Model release forms will be kept on file confidentially with only myself and Sothern Charms having access to it (this is for legal purposes). Two-thirds of my modeling fee must be paid 30 days in advance. The remainder of the balance must be paid in cash prior to the start of the session.

4. The person(s) requesting the photo session is responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses to and from the city in question and must  provide the hotel room (3.8 stars or higher) for the shoot unless we agree to another type of location.

5. If for some reason a conflict, misunderstanding, and/or a disagreement occurs, I have the right to correct the error to the best of my ability. I do have the right to disallow a person or couple from participating in the shoot if they break a rule or act in a way where they try to confront me with/for sexual advances or anything pertaining to sexual activity. At any time during the shoot, a person or couple attempts to make improper advances, shows up or becomes intoxicated from any substance, the shoot will immediately be terminated. There will be no refund if any of the preceding events should happen.

6. The person(s) requesting to participate in this "Direct Me" event is in full agreement with the outlined rules stated above and will abide by them. If the person(s) requesting this "Direct Me" event cancels for any reason, he or she will forfeit their deposit. A one time reschedule of the event will be allowed with a 72 hour advance notice. If I need to cancel, I will issue a full refund.

7. I agree that Playful Cougar and her photographer retain all copyright ownership of all pictures/video taken, without exception. You may also request a copy of any pictures/videos taken of our time spent together for your later enjoyment (this request must be made within 48 hours of the end of our session). Your copy will be made via Dropbox (post editing).

"I have read all of the rules and guidelines of the "Direct Me" event. Under no circumstances am I to expect more than what is outlined in the rules and guidelines. I affirm that I am at least 21 years of age or older by including two forms of ID, one of which is a current government issued photo ID. I understand that I am responsible for all expenses occurred during the event and any outstanding balance that is due prior to the start of the event."

"I am not now, nor have ever been in any way associated with any law enforcement agency or government agency associated within any type of law enforcement agency. I am participating in the "Direct Me" event of my own free will and have not been coerced, directed, or employed for a reason of entrapment."

*Note: For informational purposes, the "Direct Me" event is open to all members and non-members. It's your day and we will have a lot of fun! However, there will be no refund if the event is canceled due to inappropriate behavior as stated in the rules and guidelines.
