If you send any special clothing, toys, or other props that you wish me to use in your custom, I ask that they be brand new, with labels and/or packaging fully intact. 

Also, if you have any, feel free to email me some sample pics, clips, and or a script,

Your order can not be fulfilled unless you complete, sign and forward this entire order form!

DO NOT sign this form until you have read and understand the following Terms and Conditions:

1. I am at least 18-21 years of age, which ever is the legal definition of an adult in my jurisdiction.  The material I am requesting is for my own personal use and will not to be used and/or viewed by minors or anyone else. I understand and agree that the materials will NOT be used or redistributed in any form or manner under penalty of prosecution by law.  I understand that "RyAnne" retains all copyrights to the materials and may resell or redistribute as deemed appropriate.

2. I am not a Law Enforcement Agent of any kind, a US Postal Official, or another, attempting to obtain any evidence for the prosecution of any individual, entity or Corporation or for the purpose of entrapment.

3. I agree that the material that I'm ordering is not obscene or offensive to me and I enjoy using/viewing sexually explicit material for personal purposes. I am also certifying that the erotic and/or sexually explicit material I'm ordering is not illegal or considered obscene in my community. I hereby certify under penalty of perjury that all of the aforementioned is true and correct.

4. I understand that all sales are final and no refunds, exchanges and/or credits will be considered unless proof of shipping damage is provided to "RyAnne" within 48 hours of delivery.

5. I hereby release "RyAnne" from any and all obligation, responsibility and/or liability related to this transaction or the materials forwarded to the Shipping Address below.

6. The materials requested are made for the undersigned ONLY and will be provided after payment has been received; no exceptions! After order has been confirmed and payment has been received, no further changes will be accepted. The information provided on this form is for the protection of  RyAnne (and all material-related participants). It will not be shared in anyway.

7. By signing below, I am stating that I have read, understand and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this legal document.  In the event this form is emailed, typing/keying my name on the "Signature" line below constitutes signing a legal, binding document just as if I had printed the form, signed it by hand and mailed it.
